NIMALI Airport Membership

This membership includes a total of eleven (11) airport transportation rides for $899

- Ten (10) purchased rides

- One (1) complimentary ride 

The membership price covers rides within a 15-mile radius of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Any ride exceeding the included mileage radius may be subject to additional charges based on distance, traffic conditions, wait time, tolls, airport fees, or special service requests.

The membership is valid for ninety (90) calendar days from the date of purchase.

All unused rides automatically expire after the 90-day period.

No credits, extensions, partial refunds, or reimbursements will be provided for unused rides.

All membership purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once the membership is purchased, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

- Unused rides have no cash value

- Partial usage does not qualify for partial refunds

- Chargebacks or payment disputes for unused rides are not permitted under these agreed membership terms

Advance reservation is required for all rides and is subject to vehicle and schedule availability.

NIMALI Group will make reasonable efforts to accommodate all requested reservations.

Clients must provide at least 4 hours notice for cancellations or schedule changes.

Late cancellations, missed pickups, or no-shows may count as a completed ride at the sole discretion of NIMALI Group.

NIMALI Group reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for:

- Unsafe behavior

- Harassment

- Illegal activity

- Excessive intoxication

- Damage to vehicles

No refund will be issued in such situations.

NIMALI Group is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Traffic

- Weather

- Airport conditions

- Flight delays

- Road closures

- Circumstances beyond reasonable control

By submitting payment, signing electronically, replying “I Agree” via email or text message, or using any membership ride, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
